The 550 Townhome re-development project is a collaborative response to bring diversity to downtown Ogden’s housing options. Contrasting old materials with new, SAA’s design creates a new contemporary housing development based on an adaptive re-use of an all brick historic manufacturing/warehouse building built in the early 1900’s in Ogden.
The five (4) unit three-story townhomes back internal courtyards. This community zone forms natural neighborhoods that encourage socializing and connections among residents along with safe environments for gathering. All of the units face a courtyard and every room in each unit has access to natural light.
