Summary

The property was created by carving off the back of an existing lot in an established neighborhood of homes constructed in the 90’s. Sited to take advantage of the views from the Wasatch Mountains, the three-story architecture is modern and compact.  It employs an indigenous palette of materials including: IPE wood siding, composite concrete panels, and metal paneling.
