Summary

Designed to create a mountain village atmosphere, this mixed-use facility located in Huntsville, Utah is host to

First Lift Coffee, 15 room lodge, Astronomical & Lunar Observatory, lobby, ski lockers, and a banquet space.  The building is designed to reflect the “mountain” style of architecture as well as local vernacular architectural traditions.

The architecture is both rustic and sophisticated employing a natural palette of materials and colors that will age beautifully.  Buildings are oriented to create a unique “village” atmosphere with small, intimate plazas created between buildings.
