Summary

The North Arrow Lofts is phase II of the Compass Rose Lodge Mountain Village mixed-use project. The project will house six condo units, restaurant & retail space, spa, and ski Lockers.  North Arrow Lofts is designed to reflect the “mountain” style architecture of the Compass Rose as well as creating its own architectural identity to the mixed-use development.  Buildings are oriented to create a unique “village” atmosphere with small, intimate plazas created between buildings.
