Summary

Office Evolution is located in the renovated Olive Rooming House originally constructed in 1899 as retail and apartments in the Western Commercial Victorian style on Historic 25th street. The rehabilitation work included the removal of all non-historic materials; repair of the original storefront, repair and replacement of the damaged brickwork using in-kind materials.  Life safety and handicap accessibility upgrades included the creation of accessible entries and toilet facilities.
