Summary

The two-story, commercial vernacular structure at 215-17 25th Street was built in approximately 1895.  It housed the Frank R. Watkins Grocer, Mrs. Vina Creamer’s Rooms, and the Nevada Rooms.

Sanders Associates Architects worked with the building owner on the second floor interior space to house a photography studio, kitchen for cooking classes, crafts area and offices. Lighting, furniture, surface materials, and floor to ceiling shelfing were selected to express spatial and functional needs.
