Summary

Sanders Associates Architects worked closely with the Young Automotive Group to provide a design in response to their specific needs and to address customer touchpoints.  Building upon the processes and tools developed working with the Young Automotive Group on other dealerships the Sanders Design Team designed a facility that is visually appealing, comfortable, flexible, and efficient.  A building that pays its way, adding real value for the Young’s and their clients.

The facility includes sales, service, showroom, maintenance/lube bays, parts inventory/sales, training, offices, breakrooms, and restrooms.  The site was extensively studied to provide improved parking and circulation for vehicles from their previous location.
